  Whilst buying a used car can sometimes be a daunting task - the after sales support that this company has displayed has been nothing short of impressive. Having been in the mechanical industry now for over 15 years I have seen a lot of used car companies try to duck and dive at the first sign of having to uphold there responsibilities -- Rod Lowe and daughter Ruth are wonderful examples of genuine people who carry out there operation with diligence and professionalism. Having the job done right for the customer was a priority and their own personal finances were a secondary consideration. My workshop repaired a vehicle on behalf of these guys (stat warranty) and in all honesty Toowoomba used car yards would do well to emulate their level of service.
